Saturn Retailers that were enrolled in Saturn CPO at the time of termination of the program will not incur any fees when they are automatically enrolled in the GM CUV program.
Saturn Retailers that were not enrolled in Saturn CPO at the time of termination of the program and would like to enroll in the GM CUV program will have to pay all fees associated with enrollment.

Yes, the vehicles that were decertified from the Saturn Certified PreOwned program and recertified under the GM CUV program will have the inventory clock start at zero (0).

What is the last day my dealership can deliver and report a Saturn CPO vehicle sold in the Certified Used Inventory System (CUIS)?
The Dealer/Retailer has until February 6, 2010 at 10:00 p.m. EST.

Will a GM CUV dealer be able to certify and sell a Saturn vehicle if they were not enrolled in Saturn CPO cross certification?
Yes, beginning February 7, 2010, Saturn vehicles will be included in the GM CUV program, every GM CUV dealer will be able to certify and sell Saturns.

How much will it cost for a GM CUV dealer to sell and certify Saturns?
There will be no additional cost to certify and sell Saturns under the GM CUV program. The cost to certify & sell a Saturn is the same as the cost to certify/sell any CUV vehicle.

How long will CUIS be down for system update?
CUIS will be shut down between 10:00 p.m. EST February 6, 2010 and 8:00 a.m. EST February 7, 2010.
