All Hands On-Line
I really cannot believe that professionals in the digital world are just now getting the message. No matter what vertical market you are in today, automotive, food, medical, housing, clothing, etc..., you better accept the fact that all your employees are part of the digital world. Why is it that some industries have understood this for years and some keep their head in the sand. If 80% to 90% of customers use the internet for their primary source of shopping, why in the world would you exclude your staff from that same population. Practice communicating with your entire organization about your digital/internet presence. Ask for their input and for heavens sake listen, they are also your internet customers.


Ray you have hopefully hit people between the eyes; the notion that your business will be successful with a limited effort when it comes to exposing your employees to the digital world that is knocking at their door is a major error! When it comes to getting on board with the Internet consumer,all hands better be on line! Else You Will Perish!
